Accessibility
Effective date: October 6, 2026
I want every woman who visits this page to be able to read it and apply, including women who use assistive technology.
What I’ve done
- The page is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
- Text has strong color contrast and can be enlarged with your browser’s zoom.
- Everything, including the application, works with a keyboard, and each question is labeled for screen readers.
- Images have text descriptions, and animations stop if your device is set to reduce motion.
Something not working?
If anything on the page is hard to use, email me at admin@iritelisha.com and tell me what happened. I’ll fix it, and I’ll make sure you can apply in another way in the meantime.
