I’m ready for the love I deserve

A short application, about 2 minutes. If it’s a fit, you’ll book a free call with me.

At work, everyone counts on you. So why does love feel so different?

You’re smart. Capable. The one people come to for answers.

But in love, it’s a different story:

  • You check his “last seen” in the middle of a meeting, replaying what you said that made him pull away.
  • You keep Thursday night open, just in case he remembers to ask you out.
  • You want to say “I feel like you don’t see me.” Instead you smile and say “it’s fine,” so you won’t seem too much.
  • You’re the one who texts first, plans the dates, and starts every “so what are we” talk.
  • You give everything. And you get crumbs.
  • Your friends are getting engaged and having babies. And if you want kids, you’ve started doing math you never thought you’d have to do.

And at 1 a.m., you ask the question you’d never say out loud:

“What is wrong with me?”

Nothing is wrong with you. You’re repeating a relationship pattern. And until it changes, the men will keep changing while the story stays the same.

You’ve already tried everything smart women try

Therapy. You understood exactly why you have this relationship pattern. But nobody told you what to do the moment he starts pulling away.

The rules and the games. Wait four hours to answer. Act busy. It’s an act, and the anxiety underneath stays exactly the same.

Manifesting, journaling, “raising your vibration.” It feels good, until real life shows up and the old relationship pattern takes over again.

Changing the man. New man, new app, new city. Same ending.

Closing your heart. “I don’t need a man.” It numbs the pain for a while. It doesn’t change the relationship pattern.

Here’s what they all have in common: they stop at understanding.

I call it the insight trap: the belief that once you understand your relationship pattern, it will stop. You can name it. Anxious. People pleaser. “I always pick the unavailable ones.” You can see it coming from a mile away. And then a new man shows up, and you end up in the same place. Again.

Because knowing why you do something isn’t the same as doing something different. Your relationship pattern doesn’t live in what you know. It lives in what you do automatically, before you’ve had a second to think.

1. Name your relationship pattern“I’m anxious.” “I always pick the unavailable ones.”
2. Understand itWhere it came from, and why you do it.
Where most help stops
3. Change itRewrite the subconscious script underneath.
4. Live itNew choices, in real life, every week.
Most women I meet are stuck between step 2 and step 3. That gap is where we work.

What does the research say?

A review of 47 experiments found that when an intervention boosted people’s intentions, their behavior changed only about half as much.

And habits don’t even check if you still want them. In one study, people who habitually ate popcorn at the movies ate just as much stale popcorn as fresh.

Webb & Sheeran, Psychological Bulletin, 2006 (source). Neal, Wood, Wu & Kurlander, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, 2011 (source).

Your relationship pattern works the same way. It runs before you’ve had a second to remember what you know.

Why do you keep attracting the same kind of man?

Here’s the simplest way I can explain it.

Your love life is a movie, and you’re the main character. But the script you’re acting from was written many years ago, when you were a child. By your parents, your early experiences, and what you saw love look like.

Most of the time, you don’t even know what’s written in it.

Maybe your script says the man for you is emotionally unavailable. Maybe he’s a man who makes you feel the same rejection you felt as a child. Or the same feeling of not being chosen.

That script is your relationship pattern. So you keep finding yourself in the same scene. With a different actor.

The man changed. The script didn’t.

332

Drawing on nine years of German panel data, a study of 332 people found that their new partner’s personality tended to resemble their ex’s, beyond what ordinary similarity between people would explain. In the researchers’ words, there may be “a unique type of person each individual ends up with.”

Park & MacDonald, PNAS, 2019 (source).

Until we open that script and change what’s written there, you’ll keep living the same relationship pattern.

Here’s what that looks like in our work. We take one real moment, like the night he went quiet. We find the old line you acted from, the one written long before he showed up. You let it go, choose a new one, and practice it that same week.

Which of these lines has your relationship pattern been feeding you?

“Maybe something is wrong with me. Maybe I’m just not lovable.”

Nothing is wrong with you. When the same thing keeps happening, it starts to feel personal. But you’re playing a script that was never written for the woman you are today.

“When I finally meet the right man, I’ll feel safe and chosen.”

How many good men have already shown up? Kind. Available. He initiated. And still, something didn’t work. Maybe you pushed him away. Maybe the spark just wasn’t there. The actor changed. The script stayed the same.

“Maybe my standards are too high. Maybe I need to settle.”

Lowering your standards doesn’t change the script. It just gives you a relationship you never really wanted.

Researchers at the University of Toronto found that people who feared being single did not report lower standards, yet they showed more interest in less responsive dating prospects and were less likely to leave unsatisfying relationships. (Spielmann et al., JPSP, 2013, source)

“Maybe love just isn’t going to happen for me.”

Your past isn’t proof of your future. It’s proof of the script you’ve been playing until now.

“There are no good men left. And if I ask for what I need, I’ll be too much.”

Those are lines from the same old script. The one that taught you to expect less, ask for less, and believe the love you want might not exist for you.

I’m ready to break my relationship pattern

Private, one on one coaching. Not a course, and not a group.

If you always go with the flow so you won’t “make drama,” and you’re in a relationship only you are trying to save, you need to hear my story:

How I went from feeling invisible in a dead marriage and a string of toxic relationships, to a man who’s crazy about me and truly sees me

Irit Elisha

Hi, I’m Irit Elisha.

Ten years ago, I was married to a different man and working as a programmer, very focused on my career. I never even thought about the question, “How do I want to feel in a relationship?”

At 35, after a divorce and two toxic relationships, I realized that understanding my relationship patterns wasn’t enough.

Once I changed what was driving them, I attracted the man I’m with today and built the healthy, loving relationship I wanted.

I met my partner at 35. From day one, he was all in. I never had to chase him or wonder where I stood. Three years later, we’re still together.

It’s work I still practice in my own life. When something triggers me in my relationship, I don’t start with “what’s wrong with him?” I look at what the situation is reflecting back to me and what’s mine to change.

The men I kept choosing showed me what I hadn’t changed yet. So I changed both: what was going on inside me, and how I behaved on the outside.

Today, I help strong, successful women in their 30s and early 40s attract an emotionally available man who is serious about them and ready for real commitment, without chasing or settling.

And I’ve seen similar shifts with my clients. One finally ended a relationship she knew wasn’t right for her, after staying far too long. Another started recognizing her lifelong people pleasing relationship pattern, and setting boundaries instead of abandoning herself.

The Love Code Method: 3 steps to break your relationship pattern

We go through them together, one on one, over 12 weeks.

Find what’s creating your current reality

We turn the relationship you want into a very specific picture. Then we find exactly which relationship pattern inside you keeps that picture from happening.

Change the subconscious relationship pattern behind it

We go below the beliefs you can already name, to the script that was written long ago. We call it by its name, let it go, and choose a new one in its place.

Build a new reality with new habits, thoughts and actions

A practical plan for your everyday life, built on your vision, your mindset, your energy, your environment and your habits. So the new script shows up where it counts. Who you say yes to. What you do when he goes quiet. When you walk away.

What you get in the 12 weeks

  • 12 private sessions with me, one on one, on video.
  • Personal support between our calls, for the moments the old relationship pattern tries to pull you back.
  • A clear practice plan after every session: exactly what you’ll do differently this week, in real life.
  • Your personal plan for the new script, built on your vision, mindset, energy, environment and habits.
  • Me, hand in hand with you for 12 weeks. Not a course you watch alone at midnight, and not a group.

“I don’t end a single session with ‘now you understand why.’ We map out exactly what you’re going to practice and do differently in real life to attract the man you want.”Irit

Let’s see if I’m a fit

Every session ends with what you’ll do differently in real life.

Imagine what love feels like when you stop chasing

Your phone is on the table. You’re not checking it every five minutes. You know he’ll call when he can.

Something bothers you, and you say it calmly: “That doesn’t work for me.” He listens. He stays.

You come home and take off the armor. You can be soft, and there’s a shoulder there for you.

You go out with your friends without guilt, and without checking your messages all night.

He makes plans for next year with you. You don’t wonder if he’ll still be around.

The old relationship pattern
Hey! How was your day?
Are we still on for Saturday?
No worries if you’re busy 🙂
Read 4:12 PM
The new script
I booked that place you mentioned. Saturday at 7? I’ll pick you up.
Perfect. See you then.

An illustration, not a real conversation. But it’s the shift we work toward.

And it starts small. The first time he goes quiet for six hours and you don’t spiral. The first time you say no without apologizing.

This time, you’re not waiting to be chosen. You’re choosing too.

I want a love where I feel chosen

A few short questions first, so we both know it’s a fit.

Is this right for you?

It’s for you if

  • You’re a strong, successful woman in your 30s or early 40s, and you want a committed relationship, and maybe a family.
  • You keep falling for emotionally unavailable men, or you feel invisible in your relationship.
  • You’re tired of people pleasing and making yourself smaller to keep a man.
  • You’ve already worked on yourself, and you’re ready to go deeper than understanding.
  • You’re ready to invest in yourself, one on one, for 12 weeks.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re looking for texting tricks or ways to make him chase you.
  • You want someone to tell you it’s all his fault.
  • You’re in crisis right now or need mental health care. Coaching isn’t therapy, and I’ll tell you honestly if a therapist is what you need.
  • You’re not ready to make a change right now.

I work with each woman one on one, so I want us both to be sure before you join. That’s why we start with a short application and a call.

Questions women ask me before they apply

Is this therapy?

No. I’m a coach, not a therapist, and coaching isn’t a replacement for mental health care. Therapy often helps you understand where a relationship pattern comes from. Our work is about changing the relationship pattern underneath it and practicing new choices in real life, week after week.

I’ve already done years of therapy. Why would this be different?

Many of the women I work with have. Understanding is a real first step, and you’ve already taken it. What we add is the part that usually doesn’t happen: finding the subconscious relationship pattern that keeps running, rewriting it, and leaving every session with exactly what you’ll do differently this week.

I’m 38. Is it too late for me?

I can’t promise you a timeline, and nobody honest can. I met my partner at 35, after a divorce and two toxic relationships. If a family is part of what you want, say it on the call. It shapes what we work on. And you’re far from alone: as of 2021, 25% of 40 year olds in the US had never been married, a record high (Pew Research Center).

What if I’m seeing someone right now?

You can still apply. This work is about your relationship pattern, not about one specific man. If you’re with someone and it doesn’t feel right, we’ll look at what that relationship is reflecting back to you, and what’s yours to change.

Can you guarantee I’ll be in a relationship in 12 weeks?

No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. What I can promise is that we’ll work on what’s actually creating your relationship pattern, and that you’ll leave every session knowing what to practice next. Results are different for every woman and depend on the work you put in.

How much does it cost?

It’s a four figure investment. I’ll tell you the exact price on the call, before you decide anything. No pressure and no obligation to join.

What happens on the free call?

It’s a real conversation, on video. We look at your relationship pattern and what’s creating it, and then decide together if the program is the right next step. I live in Israel, so you’ll hear an accent. My calendar shows every time in your own time zone.

Irit Elisha

Ready to stop playing a role someone else wrote for you?

You can keep living the old script, or start writing a new one. If you’re ready, fill out the application. I’ll take it from there.

  1. Answer a few short questions. It takes about 2 minutes.
  2. If it’s a fit, pick a time for a free call with me.
  3. On the call, we look at your relationship pattern. I’ll tell you honestly if I can help, and what it costs. Then you decide.
Where are you right now?

I’d love to meet you.
Love, Irit
